Monsanto's patent document confirms Glyphosate is broad spectrum antibiotics and biocide/ rodenticide: causes devastating destroy to healthy intestinal flora

Evidence from China, USA, India, South Korea, Argentine, and Kenyaprove that vegetable oil chemical extract solvent n-hexane contains benzene residue. American scientists in 1995 published a study showing that many benzene derivatives were detected in a series of chemical solvent n-hexane extracted vegetable oils using the thermal desorption-aschromatography-mass spectrometry (TD-GC-MS) method. The international science community commonly recognizes that n-hexane is a neurotoxin. The IARC classifies benzene as a Class 1 carcinogen. Long-term exposure to benzene can cause bone marrow and genetic damage, and even leukemia. In Israel, a food oil emulsified mixture with water is actually used to accomplish pest control. Thus cooking food with chemical solvent extracted oil is like cooking food with pesticide raw material!

We have summarized Forty-seven scientific evidences indicating neurotoxin n-hexane solvent and it's benzene residue contained in chemical extracted food oil and soybean protein powder causes endocrine disruption, carcinogenicity, teratogenicity, and reproduction toxicity, they inevitably cause severe damage to intestinal flora balance health.

On Sep. 2, 2015, the State Food & Drug Regulatory Administration Bureau (SFDA) announced on its official website a notice entitled "Infant Formula Products Registration Management Method (Trial) (Draft seeking comments)"，which especially points out:

The USDA published a "U.S. Soybean Industry -- AGRICULTURAL RESOURCE MANAGEMENT SURVEY" in Jan. 2014 [Note 8]. This report revealed that bundling glyphosate-tolerant GM soybeans with glyphosate-herbicides caused: 1) Farmers reported a decline in the effectiveness of glyphosate on almost 44 percent of acres planted to soybeans in 2012, and its effectiveness was not maintained; 2)Since 1996 to 2012, the total volume of Glyphosate-herbicide use steadily increased, and not decreased; 3) As result of decline in the effectiveness, the average amount of glyphosate-herbicide applied per acre was increased (causing the glyphosate residue level to increase), and not reduced; 4) From 2006 to 2012, together with the use of glyphosate-herbicide, the use of more toxic herbicides was increased, and not reduced.

This USDA official report proves: In the year by year increasing volume of GM soybeans imported by China, not only are the glyphosate residue levels increasing year by year, but, since 2006, in addition to the glyphosate residues, these imported soybeans also contain residues of even more toxic herbicides.

When GM soybeans are chemically extracted into food oil, most of the increasingly higher glyphosate residue remains in the GM soybean protein powder processed from GM soybean meal, the by-product of chemical extracted soybean food oil.

When GM soybean protein powder is added to infant formula products, it includes the glyphosate residue of the GM soybean protein powder into the infant formula products.

What harm does glyphosate cause? You might not believe the scientific studies by many Chinese and foreign independent scientists, published in the peer reviewed literature, you might also not trust the IARC conclusion "Glyphosate is probably carcinogenic to humans (Group 2A)", but you must acknowledge the conclusion publicly admitted by Monsanto:

1) Monsanto on Aug. 29, 2003 submitted a patent application to the US Patent Office claiming that glyphosate is a "new anti-parasite agents ... for the prevention and therapy of these pathogenic infections", and lists hundreds of "Susceptible Pathogens" available in the Animal and human gut, indicating that glyphosate residues are a powerful broad spectrum antibiotic (Announcement Date: April 22, 2004, Patent No.:US 20040077608 A1). [Note 9]

1) Monsanto on Aug. 29, 2003 submitted a patent application to the US Patent Office claiming that glyphosate is a biocide, examples are: acaricide, arthropodicide, fungicide, insecticide, molluscicide, rodenticide (Announcement Date: Aug. 10, 2010, Patent No.:US 7771736 B2).

It must be noted that both the patent documents confirming glyphosate as an antibiotic and biocide (acaricide, arthropodicide, fungicide, insecticide, molluscicide, rodenticide), state, " Generally a dosage of as little as about 1-2 milligram (mg) per kilogram (kg) of body weight is suitable".

This proves that when GM soybean protein containing glyphosate residue is added to infant formula products, this is substantially equivalent to not only adding powerful broad spectrum antibiotics, but also adding "acaricide, arthropodicide, fungicide, insecticide, molluscicide, and rodenticide" to infant formula products! This is fascist crimes against humanity, crime intentionally destroying the health of descendants of the Chinese nation, full evidence supporting the alleged "crime endangering public security with a dangerous method"!
